I was born as Elizabeth Ann Lovin and raised in Sudbury, Ontario.  In 1974 I married Rocky Bivens on a FRIDAY the 13TH!! In December of 2002, we celebrated our 50th anniversary!! (Figure that one out!) I gave birth to a wonderful son named Uri in 1977 and then in 1980 I gave birth a second time to an equally wonderful daughter, Rena.

    We had a cat named Cricket. We are also proud owners of a very large Bouvier des Flanders named Typhoon and a pretty little female Bouvier named Piper. Typhoon and Cricket both passed away during the summer of 2003. We miss them so much.

I have a wonderful group of friends that I've made over the internet and I enjoy traditional, folk, and celtic music.  Check out TubaBoy!

I am Finnish! Both parents and all my brothers and sister were born in Finland.

I am also the webmaster for the Ontario Handweavers and Spinners Guild.
